Taco Bell at 603 Cibolo Valley Drive, Cibolo, Texas.

I've been here 3 times. After the first time, I'd have given it 5 stars, but after the next 2 visits, nowhere close to that. The second time, the cashier was confused about how to add "no sauce on burrito" to my order. She apologized saying it was her first day as cashier. I don't fault her at all; however, no one wanted to come help her even though it wasn't busy. The 3rd time, the poor guy was utterly baffled that I didn't want sauce on my bean burritos and also seemed new. Also, this time the bathroom was locked for about 25 min. It had multiple stalls, so there's no reason it should be locked. When we told the cashier, he didn't know how to unlock it but asked another guy who shrugged his shoulders and said, "Someone must be in there." Thanks.
